In 2006 Willow Warriors did a monitoring paddle over 3 days between Cobark River junction and the bridge at Barrington township. We car camped at a property called "The Steps". The data collected was offered to the local rivercare officer but at the time he was not interested in willow control along the river. Between Cobark and Rocky Crossing they did not have a willow problem and there was mainly isolated weeping willows although there were two locations where hybrids were planted.  We also spent one day training the members on raft guiding.
