Activity to map and treat any willows found on NPWS estate. We walked in to the Grose river at the Devils Wilderness via the Browns Ridge fire trail and paddled down to our vehicle at Navua Reserve at the junction with the Hawkesbury River. It took 7 hours to walk down to the river carrying our inflatable rafts and personal camping gear ,the mapping and treatment tools. We treated two small black willows down to Faulconbridge Point and another two small black willows down to the park boundary at Woods Reserve.
