Nepean River- 2011-09-10 Penrith to Devlin Road Black Willow Primary Control PDF Print E-mail

Willow Warriors had a great day on the Nepean River on Saturday. Four of us poisoned about 100 black willows between Penrith and Delvlin road. But after we packed up and continued our paddle we were joined by two Sea Eagles who flew with us for about 2km swooping down to catch water hens and then either riding the thermal back up or landing in trees along the bank until we caught up. What a magnificent sight!!
